报告摘要:

The viscous surface waves is a classical problem in fluid mechanics, that has been drawn many mathematicians from the pioneer paper of J.Beals in 1980. The viscous surface wave problem is represented by incompressible Navier-Stokes equations in a slab domain bounded below by a fixed smooth boundary and above by a free moving surface, under the effect of gravity. In this talk, We consider the three-dimensional horizontally periodic domain and the fluid dynamics are governed by the the effect surface tension on the free surface and we develop a global well-posedness theory by a nonlinear energy method in low regular Sobolev spaces. Moreover, the solution decays asymptotically to the equilibrium in an exponential rate.

报告人简介:

郑云瑞,目前为山东大学数学学院副教授。主要研究方向为偏微分方程。主持国家自然科学基金,已经完成10篇论文。目前已经在Mem. AMSSIAM J. Math. Anal.等国际知名期刊发表论文8,研究工作受到很多国内外著名学者的关注。
