报告摘要:

  To obtain high catalytic performance, highly dispersing the catalytic nanoparticles, e.g. Ni and Ni3Al, on the support powder, is a key technique. Fluidized bed CVD, namely FBCVD, is a common CVD method to deposit nanoparticles on fluidized powders by ensuring the reactive gas-powder contact. However, the grain size of the fluidized powders is limited in FBCVD. In order to extend the grain size limitation of FBCVD, we developed novel rotary CVD (RCVD) for surface modifications of fine powders. In the present study, Ni nanoparticles were precipitated by RCVD on various powders. The effects of RCVD condition on the microstructure and catalytic activities of Ni catalyst were investigated.

报告人简介:

  张建峰, 山东泰安人,2007年7月毕业于中科院上海硅酸盐研究所获得博士学位,并留所工作。2008年12月份赴日本东北大学任博士后研究员。2010年9月获得JSPS奖学金。2012年11月开始任日本东北大学助理教授。主要研究方向为无机粉体材料的纳米改性及性能表征。
